2019 sees our first very limited release of our Garlic, Rosemary and Garlic Chive Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We recently won Gold and Best Flavoured Olive Oil in Show at the 2019 Royal Adelaide Olive Awards.
All ingredients were grown in our Romley Estate veggie patch, and the olive grove, and were pressed on site by us. This method is called 'Agrumato', where the herbs go in the olive press with the olives, and are churned together and made into olive oil.
This oil is a beautiful finishing oil for roast or steamed vegetables, roast meat, and salads. Our favourite is steamed vegetabloes with a little salt and pepper. Voila!
