This oil was born from my extreme love of smoked foods. It's a real specialty product, and as such, I only make it in a 100ml size at this stage.
I personally smoke this extra virgin olive oil in my "Yoder Smoker", that I imported from the US a few years back (it is the best of the best smoker in the world).
I love this oil on tomato bruschetta, or anything tomato for that matter!
Also a good oil to drizzle over pan or oven fried meat, if you don't have the opportunity to smoke it (it really gives your meat that beautiful, smokey flavour).
